What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times vary between 9 and 15 business days depending on the destination. We are committed to preparing and shipping your order as quickly as possible to ensure a fast and smooth experience.

Can I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days after receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.
- Returned items that are damaged, incomplete, or worn will not be accepted.
Before making any return, please contact us at Obsyde.fr@gmail.com to obtain return authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (for example: defective or incorrect item).
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days once the return has been received and inspected.
